I apologize for your experience with the service department. We did perform all available recalls on your vehicle. Repairing vehicles is what we get paid to do. We followed Hyundai guidelines for the engine campaign. According to the guidelines your engine passed the inspection. If your engine has an internal issue engine down later on we will be more than happy to process a claim with Hyundai to replace the engine. The $300.00 you where quote was for a blend door actuator the has failed and is not under warranty.
