Not much of a fan of going to any dealership. Took a week and 4 days to get a sensor replaced and a recall taken care of. I guess I’ll allow the Covid-19 disruptions to be an excuse, but have noticed a week and 4 days to get a sensor replaced and a recall taken care of. I guess I’ll allow the Covid-19 disruptions to be an excuse, but have noticed a lot of bad reviews lately. Took many hours or even a whole day once to get a status update. And also not happy that the Extended warranty that cost thousands did not allow for headlight assembly to be replaced, which is a $1000 job at this dealership. Calls it a “trim” item. It’s a safety issue that it does not emit enough light to see safely at night and have this same issue with a Kia I own. Should be a recall or covered under a bumper to bumper extended warranty.
