My car sat 2wks before they touched it then I gets a phone call asking where is my key, key came up missing. I was lied to saying another one will be overnighted. I called to check status left several messages no one returned my call.. I had to borrow my Mother's vehicle to go there to get told my key never made it. THE couldn't tell me anything over the phone they were ignoring my messages. Communication is horrible. My car ended up being there 6wks. After 6wks I picked up my car the very next day my engine light came back on. I brought it back they call me a few hour saying your car ready. Spoke to the service manager he stated the light just needed to be reset after I told them the message from o'riely. That was completely ignored.So I went got my Car. After picking my car up the next day it started leaking green fluid, had to bring back. Car sat for a week. Come to find out the problem was what I stated from the start which was from O'Reilly. So from September to November my car was there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. More

No one took the time to explain what they did during the 2.5 hour wait or what I was signing for.
