I say for over 2.5 hours for a 6 month service. This was ridiculous. My warranty is supposed to provide valet and a vehicle to drive. This means the the company is not able to uphold their contract and that can end in legal action if not addressed. Then I was told my car was parked up front when it was not. It took someone 5 minutes to help me find my vehicle. It also appeared the there was a lot of chatting at the front desk and not a lot of work. This does not make the company look very professional. I work in administration and never allow my company to run as such. More
