Hyundai of Metairie - Service Center

Only 2 of my 4 issues were addressed so my car was there all day and only half of my issues were addressed. Your service folks seem confused about terms of Maintenance Program and Severe Driving as defined all day and only half of my issues were addressed. I told him that was not the case rather if you require oil changes more frequently then scheduled, the customer pays for it - he was downright combative during this interaction, which I found interesting since I was actually agreeing with him, I should pay for this oil change. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Friendly staff- a little bit of a wait even though I made an appointment (2 hours for oil and tire change). Not sure what the average time is for those services.
