I was disappointed for the second time. Both times, last time and this time, I asked to have the low tire alert fixed. Both times I was told it was fixed, & neither time was it fixed. We had to return to the dealership when only one item was corrected out of three on our Genesis G90. This was an inconvenience as we are an hour away from the dealership. The service rep was not all friendly throughout the process. I requested a loaner when setting up an appointment with Miguel, the service manager. The service rep knew nothing of a loaner request. He first said that they did not have one available. I told him I had spoken to Miguel on this matter. I was given a Hyundai Sonata as a loaner, which is a very small car. I have had service prior at another dealership for a recall and was given a Genesis for a loaner. The service rep there greeted us in a very friendly manner. Neither Pat nor Cara helped us.
