Well I went to get my brake lights fix because they wouldn’t go off so the service tech fix the issue. So I left and had to turn around cause my car started shaking (wasn’t doing that before) and brake wouldn’t go off so the service tech fix the issue. I recommend the techs drive the cars around before handing the customers there cars back to make sure they complete the issue More

My car was dropped off at 8:30 in the morning with a promise of returning within six hours -no one called me with updates at all - and then they closed for the night. My car was kept overnight and I had to call them only to find out that my car had not even been looked at! i picked up the car the next day with no apologies at the dealership. Of course full price- no reduction or even a keychain with apology or compliments With a 2013 car I have considered not paying for dealership service before —now I will definitely consider a local mechanic/service instead of the the Metarie dealership.
