I have nothing good to say. I was there to have a new passenger exterior mirror installed and for the car yo have a 78,000 mile service. After 3 hours the service rep said the job was done, except for r passenger exterior mirror installed and for the car yo have a 78,000 mile service. After 3 hours the service rep said the job was done, except for replacing the windshield wipers which could not be replaced because the dealership had no wiper blades and there was a delay in getting them. I ent to the cashier to pay, and when I reviewed the charges noticed I had been charged for wiper blades I had not received. That required redoing the bill. After leaving the dealership I saw that the electronic control moved the passenger mirror only up and down but not left and right. I went back to the dealership and reported the problem. It seems the mechanic took only the mirror off of the parts shelf, not the actuator. After the necessary part, which I had previously paid for was installed the mirror worked. Such lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable More

Awful customer service/communication. I was told the part needed for my car would be in on 07/29. Hours after I dropped my car off on 07/31 and only when I called to check on the progress of the repair part needed for my car would be in on 07/29. Hours after I dropped my car off on 07/31 and only when I called to check on the progress of the repair was I told the part wasn't in yet. No one called on Friday, 07/30 to inform me the part wasn't in. When the car was dropped off on 07/31 no one mentioned the part wasn't in. It was only when I called was I informed the part was on backorder. Lisa and Rico both told me this was their process. I have purchased 3 Hyundai's in my life but I will never purchase another one ever again. Terrible customer communication. More

I have only use this garage while I have had this leased car. I had a question about the tires as I noticed the front tires are wearing much more rapidly than the rear. The man at the desk said he recommend car. I had a question about the tires as I noticed the front tires are wearing much more rapidly than the rear. The man at the desk said he recommends them getting rotated every other oil change and this should have been getting done. These tire have never been rotated nor has it ever been suggested. I also asked that the rear passenger tire get air because it was at 28 psi. When I received my car back the paperwork said the tires were checked yet there was no air added to that tire as I had requested. I bring my car to you because I felt I would get specialized service but have now realized there is nothing special about making my appointments here. I will say that the people are very friendly but how my car is serviced is highly questioned. Maybe they are just too much in a rush to do the inspection properly More
