After 4 hours waiting in them to replace a sensor and install a wheel liner they told me the car was ready. I left, got in the interstate and tried to set the cruise control. After several attempts to set the cruise and getting error messages, it finally set. When a car pulled in front of me, rather than slow the car down, the car sped up. So I went back to the dealership. Now they tell me it has to do with the radar system which is now somehow bent and will cost me another $2,100+ to “fix”. More

I had to schedule an 8 am appointment 1 week in advance for a warranty repair part that had to be ordered. Not a problem. I arrived on the appointment date @ 7:45am and checked in with the service adviso for a warranty repair part that had to be ordered. Not a problem. I arrived on the appointment date @ 7:45am and checked in with the service advisor. She asked if I was waiting or coming back? I said waiting and she said it should take about 2 hours. My car wasn’t moved to the service department for almost 1 hr. Not sure why it took so long with the pre-scheduled appointment? The repair was finished within 2 hours as promised and the ABS warning lights are gone. I’m happy with the repair but not happy with the delay and having my repair started More
