I was surprised at the young age of all the sales people I saw. Also, I had two of them talk to me about other brands of cars they want to purchase. Shouldn't happen. If I had any criticism, it would be that the atmosphere was a little too casual and some of the sales people I observed were not dressed in a business-like manner.
