Happy with Hyundai of Louisville "The only thing I didn't like was that Eric had to go back several times to negotiate the financing. I have an excellent credit rating and I still feel like the ""person in the back"" took me for some money. when going through that piece, you don't show anything...I had to ask questions and I still didn't feel like I was getting the full answer. When I purchase this vehicle in 3 years, I will most likely not go through you but I will go through my bank because you don't show everything. That is the only issue I have and it's not only with this dealership it's every dealership you have to deal with." More
