It's a small Dealership with an even smaller service team due to that Fact. Service is slow, Came in for an engine knock and it seemed nothing was done. asked for service papers and there was nothing on the due to that Fact. Service is slow, Came in for an engine knock and it seemed nothing was done. asked for service papers and there was nothing on there about the issue I came in for! so I had to take it to another dealership after the vehicle has been in there for four weeks and I was four weeks without a vehicle that I just purchased. Its not on them this is on the Higher-ups of Hyundai, they didn’t want to approve the engine because I bought the car from somewhere else. They wanted the engine to be at complete failure(100%) (Engine failure 80%) before they approve a new engine even though it’s under warranty. I feel like the people in there are Willing to help you. They just need approval to help which is hard to get if the vehicle is not under warranty! The service team gets five stars from me they just don't have the right manpower to Speed up run time and a lot of them are working on there off days. Just keep that in Mine when going to this dealership! More
Saw a car on website so I called to ask a few questions and make an appointment. Spoke to a sales manager who was extremely rude over the phone. It was like I was bothering him with my questions! After about 5 minutes of him not helping me at all, I decided to just go somewhere else. Been around dealers a long time so this tells me the GM of this store has no idea how to run the store. If your sales managers are this xxxx then I can only imagine how bad this place is, I'm glad I didn't waste my time coming to this circus. I will make sure everyone I know GOES TO NAPLETON OR MCGRATH WHERE THEY ACTUALLY WANT YOUR BUSINESS! ABOUD THIS CIRCUS More
This dealership just did 2 diagnostics and charged $380. Unfortunately both were wrong diagnostics. 1st diagnostic back camera is bad. It’s not. It’s not working due to some other issue. 2nd diagnostic - bolt tensioner is bad. It’s not. Perfectly ok. Under hood noise was coming from alternator which was left loose during engine installation. I know dealer will never accept responsibility and return my money. In last few years I bought 3 new cars from same dealer. No more. More

They don’t listen to you. And they take 2-3 hrs for oil change, when you see your car is outside park you can’t get it either the employee that was supoust to help you is out And they take 2-3 hrs for oil change, when you see your car is outside park you can’t get it either the employee that was supoust to help you is out for lunch or he hasn’t check the time+ they always forget to put the little sticker when you have to come back for service. The worst service and customer service ever. Avoid going there as much as possible. Oil changes take over 2 hours; any other shop would do it in 30 minutes. But today was the worst ever. I waited 3 hours for service, and in the end, they told me they didn't change anything and that I had to come back later for something they found. That's a mockery and disrespectful. I don't know who's responsible, but they're the worst service. More
