Back in 2021 I took it in for an oil change (with a 9 am appointment) and ended up waiting 7-1/2 hours to get it done. They did not charge me, because of the delay. I had a terrible experience at Hyundai of Lincolnwood and would not recommend this dealership for service. I scheduled an appointment to address two recalls (tow hitch and wiper) and an oil change. I explicitly told them in advance that I was not interested in the third recall (a software update) due to time constraints, and they assured me this was fine. Additionally, I mentioned I had a better price for the oil change from Take 5 ($69.95), and they agreed to match it. When I arrived for my appointment, I was met by a service advisor named James, whose attitude and service were unacceptable. He told me they could not perform only the two recalls and insisted they had to do all three. He also reneged on the agreed price match for the oil change. This dealership completely wasted my time. They either lack basic communication skills or knowingly mislead customers. Avoid this place if you value your time and want straightforward, reliable service. More
