They don’t listen to you. And they take 2-3 hrs for oil change, when you see your car is outside park you can’t get it either the employee that was supoust to help you is out And they take 2-3 hrs for oil change, when you see your car is outside park you can’t get it either the employee that was supoust to help you is out for lunch or he hasn’t check the time+ they always forget to put the little sticker when you have to come back for service. The worst service and customer service ever. Avoid going there as much as possible. Oil changes take over 2 hours; any other shop would do it in 30 minutes. But today was the worst ever. I waited 3 hours for service, and in the end, they told me they didn't change anything and that I had to come back later for something they found. That's a mockery and disrespectful.
