We were interested in a 2011 Sonata based on excellent reviews, amount of included upgrades, interior ergonomics, and cool look. We started on Edmunds.com and then went over to a Hyundai dealership in Henderson, where we had such a horrible experience, we almost bought a Honda Accord. We thought we'd give Hyundai one more try with Planet Hyundai. The service Bob Stewart provided was excellent - and the ONLY reason Hyundai made the sale. Rather than lie and tell us you cannot pre-order with Hyundai (and pressure us to buy the wrong model in the wrong color as they did in Henderson), he found us the car we wanted and promised delivery in 7 days or less. It arrived ready to go in just two days! The facilities at Planet Hyundai are clean and well-stocked with sales booklets on all models, which was not the case at the other place. Bob also cleared up some misconceptions we had about the navigation system and sunroof, although we chose neither option. I ranked the price category as good, only because I'm pretty sure we could have gotten a better deal BUT that is a reflection on my negotiating skills, not Bob or Hyundai. Our situation was such that we needed a new car NOW, so we didn't really have time to haggle. Based on Edmunds.com, we got a good price. During the first week we had the Sonata, the trunk light would come on, in conjunction with the door clicker not working, and the clock going blank. Weird, I know. Bob sent me a follow up e-mail asking how I liked the new car. I filled him in on the problem and he had me come in that same evening and Service Advisor Corey Corcoran did a couple quick electronic resets, and the problem no longer occurs. They were very attentive, saw me right away, and I was out of the dealership in less than 5 minutes. All in all, we quickly got the car we wanted, at a good price, and from a salesperson that felt more like we were shopping with a knowledgeable friend. More

I had the unexpected pleasure of working with Bob Stewart when I purchased my car in February 2010. I've purchased several cars in the past and NEVER had a positive experience with any of the Toyota dealers when I purchased my car in February 2010. I've purchased several cars in the past and NEVER had a positive experience with any of the Toyota dealerships that I've worked with. I was amazed at how Bob listened to my needs and didn't simply want to sell me a car. He took the time to talk with me about the vehicles that suited my needs. He never pressured me and was very professional. I came back on a couple of occasions without being pressured to make a decision. I despised going to car dealerships in the past but Bob changed my demeanor. Planet Hyundai should be proud of their reputation and their sales team. Bob is a class act. More
My husband and I were out car looking at smal to medium size SUV's in anticipation of a possible upcoming purchase, and decided to check out what Hyundai had to offer in that vehicle size. We were familar with Hyundai product line, and had some product research, but have never onwed one. Upon arriving at Planet Hyundai we were met by Izzy one of the sales personal. We were immediately impressed with his genuine friendliness, knowledge of the Hyundai vehicle product line, and grasp of our vehicle requirements and needs. In order to accomoplish this feat you have to be a person who listens. In other words he listened to my husband and I as we challenge the pros and cons of each vehicle, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. When he was asked a question about something of which he was not certain he didn't just punt, he said let me find out, and he did. It is so refreshing for both my husband and I being seniors and having purchased new cars for over 50 years (17 in Las Vegas, NV)to have had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new car, and that experience can primarilly be attributed to Izzy. We would also like to give credit, and thanks to all of the staff of this dealership from the sales personel, management team, and the owner of the dealership (whom we met) for the ease of our selection and subsuquent purchase. We will recommend Planet Hyundai to all of our friends. More

Bob is so devoted to customer service, he even gave my car a nice wash while we were waiting to finalize the paperwork on my mom's vehicle. I've told Bob that I'll be visiting him for my next car buying adventure and have been very vocal in recommending Bob and Planet Hyundai to all my friends. Chris Rooney was terrific, and made my Hyundai experience very pleasant. I have been spoiled by BMW, Pprsche and Mercedes buying experiences in the past, so I was quite surprised as to how professional Chris very pleasant.
