Went in for airbag recall. I called to get an appointment to bring 06 mustang in for airbag recall. Got a text a few days later saying that they were going to me low on staff a I called to get an appointment to bring 06 mustang in for airbag recall. Got a text a few days later saying that they were going to me low on staff and asking if they could postpone a week. I told them no as I was moving out of the area. I was scheduled to come in at 7am and offered to come in at 645 if that would help them out. I arrived at 7 and nobody wanted to answer the door despite seeing me in the window. When the service manager came to the door he said " I know who you are and grabbed for my keys...not introducing himself or being the least bit courteous". He seemed very put out when he had to open the service waiting area and when he came to get coffee and I was looking at the showroom cars he glared at me like I was going to steal something. When the receptionist came in she only spoke to the service guys not to me the customer. The entire time I was there nobody spoke to any of us in the waiting area. When the car was done the tune changed dramatically. He told me about the rating system and that it was $1000 out of him pocket if I didn't rate them as exceptional. He also said that they had gone above and beyond for me.....they did nothing for me that they were not legally obligated to do. I did not request to come early I offered to help them. I felt bullied to give them an excellent rating when I was treated horribly. I will NEVER go back to this dealership again and I would never tell anyone else to subject themselves to this horrible and demeaning experience. More
