The work was done a little sooner than estimated but it was all done well (replaced a burned out headlamp and changed the oil). No muss, no fuss. Done and done. More
Issue Not Fixed I brought my Ford F150 in for service to fix a front end squeak. They took twice as long to diagnose the problem than what was covered by my extended I brought my Ford F150 in for service to fix a front end squeak. They took twice as long to diagnose the problem than what was covered by my extended warranty. I paid my $200 deductible and they replaced the right front tie rod and signed off that everything was good. The following day, although not as prominent, the squeak is still there. I now have to take it back in which will result in more diagnosis costs not to mention another $200 deductible which I don't feel is substantiated since the issue still persists. I initially debated whether to go to a private automotive company or a dealership - I chose the dealership thinking they would be better suited for the repair....I am now second guessing that choice. More
As always great service from Ford of Kirkland. Very quick and prompt oil change. Also they always perform general inspection that lists several important area such as bricks and tires. They supplied me with a free rental car because they had to do a factory recall on the passenger side air bag. It was supposed to take all day but they were done by 2pm. Service Department I have only dealt with their service department for oil changes, routine maintenance, recalls (2 so far) and repair (1 warranty, 1 non warranty 3-week I have only dealt with their service department for oil changes, routine maintenance, recalls (2 so far) and repair (1 warranty, 1 non warranty 3-weeks after warranty expired for $2.2K). Recently worked with Service Manager Ric. I had an engine light on and checked it at NAPA as a PO234 over-boost condition late Sunday. Took my 2015 Escape in on Monday morning for further diagnostic and Rick and his team had it repaired and ready for pickup by 4pm same day. I had no reservation and they were able to do this all with their already busy schedule. Great job! More
