Ford Service Department I have been using Kirkland Ford for the service of my 2014 Escape since the second service on July 28, 2014. Since the first service, I have had eigh I have been using Kirkland Ford for the service of my 2014 Escape since the second service on July 28, 2014. Since the first service, I have had eight additional and one factory recall for minor maintenance. On all occasions, everyone has been polite, professional, and courteous. The waite times were minimal, all in all I am very happy with the people and service I receive at Kirkland Ford. More

If you do not know how it works, the client must follow protocol set by Element. Thus, it is not as simple as arranging for service maintenance and paying out of pocket. Rick made sure that we followed the process without any obstacles. He is so dependable and trustworthy. Joe, the shuttle driver, is a remarkable asset, He has all the qualities that you are looking for towards satisfaction. And Jan, is the sweetest and most accommodating person in the department. She is gracious and spot-on. Talking to her on the phone was always a pleasure.; meeting her in person was even better! More

I think it is a rarity these days for a live person to pick a phone and not to have to go trough prompts, automated messages, simply he does everything to save my time. Highly recommend his service! I found ford of Kirkland by chance, they were willing to help me out with my old z28 and have been doing a great job for more the 3 years now. When I brought it in and ask Jim Cox to have a look at a hanging back shock, he got it right in. Then the call, it didn’t look good. The car still looks great and runs well but it’s from the East coast and needed a new rear end. Jim put me in contact with Chris one of the Ford technicians who had some good suggestions and in a couple of days I had my car back for less then I thought it would be. Jim, Chris, Greg and everyone at Ford of Kirkland, Thank you very very much. More

Fast! did the work while I waited My new truck needed to be checked for a possible fan motor recall. Made a early morning appointment and the tech got started straight away. Used their free Wi-Fi to check my days appointments and e-mail by the time I had finished the complimentary coffee my truck was waiting outside and ready to go. More
