Sold a $50K brick that is sitting in my driveway. Six months after purchasing a new Palisade we went to drive the car and the e-parking brake system (that automatically turns on when parking on an i Six months after purchasing a new Palisade we went to drive the car and the e-parking brake system (that automatically turns on when parking on an incline - aka any driveway) has failed without warning and the e-brakes are locked on and won't release. Three warning lights pop up on my dash immediately. I'm mechanically inclined and do major repairs on my older cars, but this is an electrical/relay issue that I can't fix. Hyundai of Kirkland told me "you can get it towed here but we can't get to it for 6-8 weeks to make the repair." and "we don't have any loaners so you will be without your car." I am stuck with monthly car payments without a car. Hyundai of Kirkland won't do anything about it - "that is just how it is right now as we are selling so many cars. We are a small independent dealer that we can't do anything about it. You'll need to pay for a rental if you need a car. We can't get your car fixed any sooner." Apparently, they are okay with selling cars and don't care once the sale is made. Hyundai of USA won't do anything either saying it's a dealership issue, not theirs. Want regular service done to keep your car under warranty? Make sure you call 2-3 months in advance and you MIGHT get an appointment. Wait longer and risk voiding your warranty by not getting the regular service done. We have a service appointment that we scheduled 2 months ago next Monday. Apparently, they can only do the maintenance service then (pretty much an oil change) but will put our issues into the queue and get to it 6-8 weeks later. Other dealers won't service our car since we "didn't purchase it at their location" - that is insane Hyundai USA! I'll never purchase another Hyundai again - and definitely will not be recommending their cars or this location. After the sale, they just don't care anymore. More

We bought a new 2016 Hyundai Tucson from them. The buying experience was average. One of the new sales associate was extremely rude so we had to finally ask to work with someone else. Then we got to work wit experience was average. One of the new sales associate was extremely rude so we had to finally ask to work with someone else. Then we got to work with a nice gentlemen who helped us with the final sale. My negative review is mostly for their service department. Firstly, if you report an issue their first response is to defend Hyundai instead of trying to understand the customer's grievance. Secondly, their investigative skills are extremely poor and if you question it, they don't like it and push back with even more gusto. I had an issue with the front radar which only comes up after you have driven for a while. The lady on the desk plainly told me that the technician could not reproduce it so they can't do anything about it. She even gave me an analogy - "If you go to the doctor and if you are not experiencing the issue then, how can he help you" ? This made me laugh and be frustrated at the same time ! Due to these experiences with the car as well as their service department, i don't think we will ever buy a Hyundai again. More

A catastrophic failure or the break system of my car After 7 years of collaboration and numerus visits for servicing, my car continued to have problems that the service department could find. The pattern was that a few days after every visit a completely new problem appeared in the car. Every time i was accepting all repairs and fees. Until the next time. The final one came with an almost catastrophic failure of the break system. We were driving the car when our breaks went completely off. We were lucky enough to survive this. Not only the service department of Ford of Kirkland haven't found anything alarming in the break system in my previous visits in the past 2-3 months but i had to pay a repair higher than the current value of my car. Extremely disappointed with the situation as in all my years as a car owner and driver i haven't been in a life-threatening situation like this one with a car that was in an out from service, almost every month, where i was reassured that everything was ok. More

Professional; courteous; knowledgeable (never had a question unanswered) and friendly. My Service Rep has been Jim Cox - he knows what I need before I do and is "always" ready to work with me and patiently answer my questions. Have loved working with you Jim.
