Marilyn and I have purchased three new cars from Ford of Kirkland in the last few years. The main reason for this is your support in the Service Department. Our recent major repair on the Windstar is an example of your special effort to get the job done right the first time, at the best price possible. Thank you, Kevin, for a job well done. We will continue to use your services. More
I own a '99 Ford Ranger which I purchased new. It has been a great reliable vehicle and had over 100K miles when I passed it along to my son when he started drive in 2008. When it had a problem a few years later I was tied up with business so I sent my wife and son in to Kevin Paddock at Ford of Kirkland to have it looked into and repaired. I trusted Kevin as I knew he would take care of my family and do what was right at a reasonable price. As time has gone along and I've needed any work done on it I send it in to Kevin and Ford of Kirkland. The truck still runs great and as my son goes off to college it will be passed on to his sister who just got her license. Keith Wilson (Kirkland, WA) More
I purchased a '97 Expedition from another dealer but live in Kirkland, so Ford of Kirkland is close by. Kevin Paddock is my service rep and has always taken great care of me. The truck has been quite reliable, but when I have brought it in with problems, they have quickly and fairly resolved the issue. Thanks, Chris Faist More
I have taken my Ranger in for service with Kevin Paddock even though it was purchased at a different dealer. The quality of work was excellent, on time and on budget. Recently during a visit to the service department I had some dissagreements with the work they had done I have to tell you readers that Ford of Kirkland came through after all. Jim Walen called me this mor some dissagreements with the work they had done I have to tell you readers that Ford of Kirkland came through after all. Jim Walen called me this morning and told me how important I was as a customer and that he wanted to make things right. I stopped by Ford of Kirkland and met with Jim and his wife Amy. It’s not very often that you meet someone with integrity but I have to say Jim has it. It is obvious that he cares a lot about their business and so does Amy. They bent over backwards to clear the air between us and restored my faith in their store. I have always respected Dan Lozott (internet sales) he sold me my truck in 1999 and has done a lot to make sure I was taken care of. Dennis in parts is always willing to give me the right info and makes sure I get what I need as quickly as he can. A new guy to me Greg the "New Car Sales Manager" seems to be a real nice guy that is honest and wants to do what is right all the time. When you talk to this guy you know you are talking to someone that has a heart. All in all I will return to buy a vehicle from Ford of Kirkland and I definitely suggest you do to Thank you Pros: Sincere and Caring. Willing to work with you. Cons: Not enough people like the Jim and Amy Walen More
After spending $700 on a 60000 tune up and complaining the heater didn't work, the service advisor told us that the "heater was clogged" and quoted nearly $1000 to fix it. Our mistake for not asking ques the heater didn't work, the service advisor told us that the "heater was clogged" and quoted nearly $1000 to fix it. Our mistake for not asking questions, but my husband commented that we didn't need the heater since it was summer and they let him drive out without giving him any further information. Shortly after our engine overheated, blowing the head gasket and cracking the engine block. Our car engine was completely unfixable, and the only option was to replace the engine. They failed to educate us that the HEATER CORE was blocked and this could cause complete engine failure. More
