I could also KICK myself for not paying more attention to the additional costs incurred, e.g. gap insurance, misc., fees, etc. Although I did receive a "discount," by the end of the deal the total cost was close to MSRP. Whatever. It's just the cost of doing business. Management and the sales rep treated me very well, and although buying a car is a very painful process, much like having a root canal, I did survive and only have 72 months left of payment suffering. Like the dentist, it was finally time to visit a car dealership. Good thing I picked a great dealership. More

Good experience buying my Elantra 2018 Value Edition I placed a quote request on the website and David called back in 5 minutes. I spoke to David from Hyundai of Kirkland from the beginning. During my first visit, I wasn't sure of the Elantra model and hence not sure of the price to go for. I did a test drive, but the deal didn't happen. I placed a request for a quote again on Hyundai of Kirkland website, and David reached out to me again. Scheduled time to visit the dealership. David is prompt with email responses. This time, the deal was finalized in about half hour and I drove away with my new car. I know about the prices around and David was giving me a good deal.
