Fabulous all around I had purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Value Edition and the car buying experience at Hyundai of Kirkland was fabulous. David Kim was informative, courteous and professional. There was absolutely no sales pressure and completely transparent about everything. Prior to Hyundai of Kirkland, I had approached several dealers but they usually ask you to come in and once you show up to the dealer, you would have spent half a day just to haggle the price. When I had texted David Kim, he had responded promptly with a price which was lower than the lowest bid I had been quoted from other dealers by a couple of thousand dollars. I expected an up sale when I showed up to purchase the car but none of that happened. David Kim had even lowered the price by $50 when signing with absolutely no hidden fees. I still cannot believe it was that easy and at such a low price. If anyone is looking to purchase a Hyundai, just call David. You will get the best price and you will actually enjoy the car buying experience. More

Harassment via promotional offers Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally r Ford of Kirkland is harassing me with promotional offers inviting me to bring my car to service appointments even though the dealership has formally refused to treat me as their customer after damaging my vehicle during the last service and failing to admit any responsibility for the damage. These solicitation offers are written in a humiliating tone by referring to my name in the humiliating context such as "We've missed you!". By sending these promotional offers, Ford of Kirkland is demonstrating that even after refusal to provide services to me, the business continues sharing, selling, using or otherwise taking advantage of and extracting commercial value from my personal information without my consent. The unauthorized use of personal information is unethical and illegal trade practice. The evidence of misuse of my personal information further proves that Ford of Kirkland is acting illegally. Having brought this issue to the attention of BBB and other local authorities, the response from the management of Ford of Kirkland was in line with previous lies and defamation that came from them last year when they were asked to compensate for damages caused by their technician. They basically attempted to cover up the whole story by telling BBB that they don’t have any records of service refusal, despite the whole incident being fully documented including police case number. So, nothing really changed with their attitude. Liars will always be liars. More

Wonderful dealer ever This was our second time going to Hyundai to lease a new car, since I met with Jeff at the Hyundai dealership in Kirkland I found him a very knowledge This was our second time going to Hyundai to lease a new car, since I met with Jeff at the Hyundai dealership in Kirkland I found him a very knowledgeable and skilled dealer who leads us to sign a new lease contract with a great deal that none of us could believe it to have a new car with those features. He was very patient about the customers and spent a lot of time to explain everything about the new Tuscan model to us and answered all of our questions carefully and patently. Actually before we were going to the dealership in Kirkland we thought that would be better to keep out current car and extend the lease agreement for our old car and never could believe to have a newer car model that would have pretty the same feature as our car had. Well, upon our arrival he greeted us a loyal customer with a lot of respects and then started to present us the new car model and explained us all the new features that comes with that car, he started with bringing us a new model of Tuscan and make us to have a drive with that car. The way that he presented that car to us convinced us to lease it and sign a new contract that was totally beneficial for all of us in a way that we could negotiate the price to be affordable for us to pay and get the deal done. I would highly appreciate his efforts that he made for us to lease our new car. He is very good dealer with a nice character that is hard to find. I would totally recommend him for everyone who attend to either lease or buy a new car. He offered us a great deal that was affordable for our budget in the best possible way. They were very patient about their customers and put all their efforts to satisfy them and keep them as their loyal customer. I would defiantly reject all the negative comments that are not true based on non real stories that ever happened. I met with two sales guys every time we needed to extend our car lease or sign a new agreement and both of them were very honest and knowledgeable and offered us a great deal that was totally agreeable for our family and was in our budget range. The person who was working at the finance department was a real gentleman who's done the perfect lease procedure as smooth and quickest possible. I have got a great dealing experience with them and would highly recommend them to the new buyers who doesn't know them very well to just telling them to do not be disappointed about the negative comments and encouraging them to go there and meet with the one of the greatful and nicest dealer team in Kirkland. We had purchased a car there before. A salesman--Mr. Kim, spent about two hours with us. There was no pressure, just answers to all our questions. We traded in our Elantra for a beautiful Sonata. This car has almost everything including a five star rating! The price was unbelievably low and the 60 thousand mile warranty for five years and one hundred thousand for the power train for a decade beats just about anything on the road.
