Any question we had not gotten answered from our research, David Kim was able to fill us in. He was an exceptional "listener" to any concerns we expressed and no sales pressure was ever exerted. The purchase agreement paperwork could have seemed daunting, but Siamack Broomand, financial staff member, took his time fully explaining everything we needed to understand, and answered any questions completely never making us feel rushed to complete the signing process.
