Hyundai of Kirkland

I was in the Seattle area on business and my brother, Gary, invited me to his house for dinner. While there, he and his wife, Trish, told me about the problems they were having buying a new Ford F-150 f Gary, invited me to his house for dinner. While there, he and his wife, Trish, told me about the problems they were having buying a new Ford F-150 from their local dealer in Kent. I recommended that they go to DealerRater.com to see which ford dealers were rated best in the Seattle area. After finding Ford of Kirkland, we visited the dealer's web site and browsed through the store's inventory of trucks. We found a red 2008 F-150 Crew Cab with a shortbed and the 4 wheel drive Gary and Trish needed. We filled out a form and asked for price and 72 month payments using the 0% APR we found on the site. Even though it was 7:00 PM at night, within 15 minutes a salesperson from Ford of Kirkland called us back. Her name is Donna Timmons and she was so helpful, and not pushy that we asked her if she was sure she was a car salesman! Donna said no, but that she would take care of us anyways... Today, Thursday morning the next day, we are actually here at the dealership and Gary is signing the papers for his new 2008 Ford F-150, which he got an incredible deal on... Not only did he get the 0% APR, he also got over $1,000 in factory rebate money and a huge discount from the dealership itself! I have no problem recommending Ford of Kirkland 100% for people living in the Seattle area because they respond promptly, without jerking the customer around, and they got us in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Even the dealer himself, Jim Walen came over to say thank you for visiting his store. I promised Jim I would tell everyone I know in the Seattle area what a great job the Ford of Kirkland team does. I feel no pressure whatsoever when i walk thought the door. The ONLY dealership i have ever been to that has a deli and the nicest Deli lady i have ever met. The sales team is nothing but helpful and do whatever they can to make you feel comfortable. The service department is the best around and i can always rely on them. i would NEVER go anywhere else!
