I was ready to by a new truck and had been to Riverside Ford in Sumner and they had a truck but when I started to negoiate with them the truck was no longer available. Then I went to the web to find inven Ford in Sumner and they had a truck but when I started to negoiate with them the truck was no longer available. Then I went to the web to find inventory and found that Sound Ford in Renton had a truck that I was interested in so I called to make sure it was available and was told it was so I started the drive from Auburn to Renton only to get to north Kent to get a call saying their online inventory was wrong. So I turned around and went home. The next day I went online again and found a truck at Scarff Ford in Auburn that hadn't been there the day before that I liked. So I called and yes it was available so I drove there only to find out their online inventory was wrong and it didn't have the options I wanted. The dealer offered to arrange a dealer trade if we could find a truck I wanted so we went through inventory and found one I liked so I signed my title over to them, paid my down payment and waited until the next day expecting to get my truck. At about 11 I called them since they said they should have it about 9 only to find out that the dealer wouldn't trade with them. So I went back down and we found another truck that they said they could trade for so I waited another day only to call again at noon and find out that they wouldn't trade either. After I thought I had a new truck purchased I was told my only option was to come get my title and they would issue me a check for my down payment as they had already cashed my check. They told me to drive to Kirkland where the truck was and they would call ahead and make sure they held it for me. When I arrived at Ford of Kirkland they explained to me that they truck had already been sold. I was frustrated beyond belief but they looked at their inventory and found me a truck!! Yes, finally a dealer that had me in mind. They worked very hard to get them the deal I wanted and I left less then 2 hours later in my new truck. When our son was four months old, we bought a Focus wagon at Ford of Kirkland as our 'family car' - we got a good price and had a good experience. Now, eight years later, it was finally time to replace our b at Ford of Kirkland as our 'family car' - we got a good price and had a good experience. Now, eight years later, it was finally time to replace our beloved VW Beetle with a Fusion hybrid. This dealership is very friendly and comfortable. No one looked down their noses at us when we drove up in a 13-yr-old car with two little kids in tow! They take pride in their cars and had lots of choices, the staff seemed upbeat and positive and we really liked that. One tech (sorry we don't know his name) even sat with our 8-yr-old son and showed him some of the bells and whistles on a showroom car while we crunched numbers. Our salesman Adam did a great job answering all our questions, he was very thorough, showed us several different choices so we knew exactly what we were getting, helped us decide that a hybrid would be worthwhile for us in the long run, gave us good followup information when we asked for it - but did NOT stalk us. I was worried that if we went with the very best hybrid - the Fusion - we wouldn't have any wiggle room on price, but they were able to give us a fair trade-in and a very competitive price, quickly and fairly. I will definitely recommend Ford of Kirkland to anyone in the market, we love the Fusion and feel good about our purchase. More

Bernardo Dorfman was fantastic - he was incredibly knowledgable about all the cars I asked about there, and let me test drive three of them. His advice about what the pros and cons were with each model helped tremendously. I also had a very good experience with the loan officer. The total experience made a loyal customer out of me - when I get ready to trade, I will definitely be back! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent advice backed by a solid understanding of these vehicles. More
