After doing a lot of research, I think Hyundai of Kirkland is the best car dealership I have found in greater Seattle area. David Kim, Gary, Siamak & Carlton took very good care of us. This is our second time using them and the whole process was exceptionally smooth. Even our friends bought cars from this dealership and had an awesome experience. The staff were friendly and helpful & got our paperwork done as fast as they could. We shopped multiple dealerships but always land up buying from Hyundai of Kirkland and I strongly recommend them. They have the best pricing so we didn't do any negotiating. Most of the dealerships are charging a lot more as market price adjustment, however this dealership isn't and I really appreciate it. I would recommend buying a car here!! I will absolutely be a returning customer in the future!! More
I called before going in to ask about a trade in. My car was in the shop and unknown what was wrong. I figured they could not take it in on trade but called to find out either way. Just have the vin number and miles he said. I had a Co worker take time out of work to drive me there. I talked to TWO different people and explain the same thing to both about my car. They both assure me it's no issue. My co worker leaves since I have good credit and since they said NUMEROUS times the trade is no problem I figured I'll leave in a car. We spend the normal couple hours going over everything and reach a deal. As I'm waiting for finance I ask the sales manager about how we get my trade in. The sales manager says no one told him the car wasn't there. The sales manager then gets up and walks away and has the salesmen come back and tell me it's no deal. The coward couldn't even look at me. Total lack of professionalism and communication. I understand why they wouldn't take my trade in, but don't lie about it! I was completely honest and upfront and these shady xxxxxxxx can't even look me in the face and say they messed up. Several hours of my day wasted, my credit pulled for no reason and waiting outside in the cold for a ride. I am beyond frustrated and will be posting this in several places. Please be aware that cowards can never be honest. I hope the general manager sees this and to make it right I want all three involved to make an honest apology for wasting time for their lack of integrity. More

Walked into business nobody there to welcome all of employees running away from people that comes in. Darrel said give me sec. After we asked for help. And than he walks to another person on the table saying - go look what they want. I'm like what ! You don't speak with your employees like that about your costumers. And than he walks up to me saying he doesn't need training 😒 🙄 obviously you do Darrel! About how to talk with your workers and costumers. When I was outside another costumer said samething happened. That he came waited long time before even anyone said hi.I guess they don't care🤷 Bought same car from renton hyundai from Jonathan he was way helpful More

My Daughter was buying her first car a Hyundai Venue Denim. We had the good luck to meet and work with Rodney from the sales team. He was very helpful and kind to work with. He made the whole process of buying a first car easy and not scary as it sometimes can be. Rodney made the overall experience great. Rodney work very hard to get the price that she could afford. I visited Hyundai of Kirkland service with my brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata NLine. There is paint chipping and peeling on its trunk. Service advisor took pictures and documented the case. Since then I have called several times, left several voice mails, e-mailed several times, as well as contacted Hyundai Corporate for an update. It has been over three months since I visited their dealership for this warranty issue and I have not received one single response or reply as to the status and update of this very simple claim. I visited another Hyundai dealership in Seattle to try and get this issue remedied by someone that might actually know how to treat customers, but that dealership said that since the case is active with HOK, that I’d have to wait for them to resolve matters. I’ll never purchase a Hyundai from a local dealer again, that’s for sure. More
