Going the extra mile I dropped off my azera off for service after it had thrown multiple codes. When I picked it up I experienced the same problem. The part that was repla I dropped off my azera off for service after it had thrown multiple codes. When I picked it up I experienced the same problem. The part that was replaced had not only failed but had sent a piece into the engine which was affecting the timing advance.. Devon the service writer was great and easy to work with even though I was very fraustrated. He offered to supply the labor which was a lot of hours and I would pay for the parts. I came by and saw they had my engine tore down the second time. I felt like they bent over backwards to take care of me and earn my trust. After talking with the mechanic I feel they have the customers best interest at heart and are good at what they do. Ask for Devon he will take care of you. More
