The advertised 29 minute or less oil change took over 1 hr. I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future. My last 4 vehicles ( Elantra, Sonata, Son I have been a loyal customer for about 14 years, but I will be going elsewhere for service in the future. My last 4 vehicles ( Elantra, Sonata, Sonata, and Santa Fe) have been Hyundai, but we will not consider Hyundai the next time we trade vehicles. More

The best service you will ever have Had to get my Azzera inspected for license and did it at a local shop. They told me the right front ball joint needed replaced. I called the service department and told them what they said and made an appointment. Well turned out that the car was fine, no problems and they did inspection. If not for the trust worthy people at Hyundi I would have been out several dollars. Always the best service More

They left my brake lights on for a week and when I picked my I brought my car in for recalls, I live a hour and a half away so I dropped it off. I wasn’t able to pick it up till a week later and I drove it back I brought my car in for recalls, I live a hour and a half away so I dropped it off. I wasn’t able to pick it up till a week later and I drove it back home and noticed my brake lights were stuck on. The best they could do was ask me to spend my money on gas and waste my time to drive back up there for them to fix it. More

Won’t be back, won’t recommend anybody to your store. I also won’t be purchasing another car from your organization. If I have to drive to Jeff. I can drive to Columbia and get first rate service My issue is not with my Sale person, Mr. Hilliard. It’s a total of all the problems I’ve had. More
