After test driving the Optima, I was still unsure and I test drove a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Eco and I fell in love with it. My car salesman from Kia got to come with me down to the Hyundai store, which I thought was really nice. His name is Duane Mobley and he was phenomenal to work with and he made sure I understood what was going on (I was 17 and buying my own car), even though my parents were there with me, it could get pretty confusing, but Duane made sure I got everything I wanted and if he didn't have the answer to the question I had then he would hunt down the answer for me. Nathan Hays even dropped by my salesman's table to make sure everything was going well! (I had looked at some cars with Nathan the previous Summer) Brian Mertz did my financing and he was very thorough throughout the process and explained everything as well. My dad had recently bought a truck from JM in Columbia and he said he was so impressed with how they handled my sale (because being 17 and buying a car, some people don't take you seriously and ask what the parents want because they assume the parents are buying) and that he would be purchasing from the Autoplex next time! Very impressed and will definitely return whenever the time comes for me and my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to part! Fantastic service!! More

Going the extra mile I dropped off my azera off for service after it had thrown multiple codes. When I picked it up I experienced the same problem. The part that was replaced had not only failed but had sent a piece into the engine which was affecting the timing advance.. Devon the service writer was great and easy to work with even though I was very fraustrated. He offered to supply the labor which was a lot of hours and I would pay for the parts. I came by and saw they had my engine tore down the second time. I felt like they bent over backwards to take care of me and earn my trust. After talking with the mechanic I feel they have the customers best interest at heart and are good at what they do. Ask for Devon he will take care of you. More
