Terrible Customer Service. We used to take our Hyundai here to get regular check-ups and for needed service. Before we left on vacation they did some repair work. Our drive sounded funny, but we both agreed that maybe it was just because we had a bunch of repair work done on it. The next day we took it to the local dealership where we were on vacation. They did not tighten a bolt which meant that the wheel on our car could have come loose. It just got worse from there. Don't do business with this dealership. The meaning of customer service in unknown to them. Oh - and be careful ladies. They like to do things to your car that aren't necessary. More

Beyond my expectations! I did buy my Hyundai Elantra here but to be honest I am traditionally leery of dealer service departments. Well, have I been surprised. Sure, I did expect the service to be okay but to get excellent service at a price that is competitive with a local repair shop? I thought no way. The service department alone will get me to come back when I need another car. On two visits they provided no cost solutions. On my most recent visit they took out a charge because they felt it was something that should have been taken care of before I bought the car. That is integrity and honesty that is often rare to find. More

Great Service at Dealership I always take my 2010 Sonata into the dealership for service. My last trip was for an oil change and front brake replacement. I decided to bring in I always take my 2010 Sonata into the dealership for service. My last trip was for an oil change and front brake replacement. I decided to bring in my laptop, and work while service was performed. WiFi was fast, and so was the service time. I was out of there in about two hours. Everyone was friendly. I got to talk and thank the brake tech who worked on my car. They honored my coupons, and I was pleased with the overall price and service received.
