They did not reset the computer so that when I start my car it still says service in 3 days. I requested a new fob because my husband lost his and I was quoted over $900 because it was a special order. Why car it still says service in 3 days. I was told that it was because they didn’t have any. What? I’m not even sure the oil change was actually done. The mileage on the invoice shows the mileage from the last time I brought it in not the actual mileage when I turned it over to the guy. Very disappointed. I have always had my vehicle serviced here but the last two times I am not very happy. The last time I was there prior to this visit they mixed me and another customer up and our vehicles. I may need to start looking for a more reliable place for future needs More

I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change. My keys were put on another desk. The customer service is excellent. The extremely long service time has to be corrected. Waiting almost 4 hrs for basic service and computer update is not acceptable.
