Super great job done by the service manager Peter Followell tracking down an on going coolant problem that no one was able to find. I’ve owned 4 Hyundai’s. Had my 2023 Santa Fe only two years old serviced 3 times for the same problem in two weeks. Only reason for one star is they gave us a loaner car twi Had my 2023 Santa Fe only two years old serviced 3 times for the same problem in two weeks. Only reason for one star is they gave us a loaner car twice. After three separate service visits I was told each time they had fixed the problem. Each time not fixed. After the third visit was told they had to contact the manufacturer ( Hyundai ) in order to continue to trouble shoot the issues. After three weeks not return phone call. Not even to say they were trying to resolve the issues. Decided to trade the car in at a different dealer. I would never recommend this dealer because they don’t care about honoring the manufacturer warranty. They do not return phone calls, etc. Next time I have any issues with a Hyundai only two years old I’ll contact an attorney that specializes in lemon laws and make Hyundai buy back the vehicle and Hyundai/ Kia will never have my business again. More

Everyone very nice and friendly. I would rather be told it would taken 3 hours or more since no matter what I had to wait than to be told about 2 hours. Since I was told 2 hrs., I called a friend and told her I’d be home in plenty of time to get her to the airport. She canceled her uber and ended up having to get uber at the last minute paying more since it was over 3 hours for my car plus when I asked up front if my car was ready. I was told yes but he had to get everyone’s paperwork together to everyone going. More
