Matthew Edwards service advisor saved the day. I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. I was told at my second appointment my car had to be there all day and to go home and wait for I had 2 appointments prior to making contact with him. My service rep was great. I even asked him if I should make an apt, and he said I could just come in. When I got there, the service person that helped me told me it would be at least an hour and a half. I was a bit annoyed that it was going to take that long, especially when I asked the guy when I called in if I should make an apt. My service rep did everything possible to get me in and out within an hour, which I really appreciated. She was great! More
Even though I did not have an appointment due to my engine light coming on and car rattling, I drove to the dealer. I had an appt but had to wait 3 hrs. for my car. Tires were rotated but air was not checked. I had to take it to a tire place for low tire pressure. The service advisor Aly was awesome for my car. I bought a brand new 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz , June 15th 2024 it has been in the dealer twice nowfor over 70 days and they still have not fixed it. Now Hyundai of America says I should go pick up my car an 2024 it has been in the dealer twice nowfor over 70 days and they still have not fixed it. Now Hyundai of America says I should go pick up my car and wait for 2 weeks until they decide what to do. I don't want to drive that car I don't trust it. I want to go by a new truck and I have not received my title for my paid in full 8/15/2024 vehicle yet, who the dealer suggested I use Santander to help improve my credit and I have not received my title from them yet I have a letter stating it's been paid in full so I'm not very happy with this dealer right now but people should be aware ... They will smile in your face and pick your pocket and not think anything about it. And you would expect an update once a week they have not called me about except once when they first got it and then two months later to say that they can't fix it but they want me to come pick it up. I guess I got nothing else to say about him More
