Lack of communication was very frustrating. After a repair that was completed correctly our vehicle stayed with dealer to complete the repair. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times but was told they were busy and would call me back, unfortunately I never received a call from any supervisor during this process. More
I met with Falisha Howey on 2 occasions and found her to be an exceptionally friendly person. She made me feel at ease, since I am not accustomed to handling service issues with my vehicles. One of my concerns is with a part for one of the seat belts, which was ordered on 7/30/25, and has not, as of today’s date, arrived. I don’t blame the service workers there at the dealership. The problem seems to be with transport of the part. I did speak with Ariel in the parts department and he took time to explain the issue and said he would look into it further. My other concern was with the sales & finance departments. I felt pressured to get the 2024 Hyundai Elantra Sel. Three times I apologized because I felt I couldn’t make the monthly payments that they kept bringing to the table. They really worked hard to get me to accept & finally I did but honestly wasn’t happy with my decision. After all that, I went into an office that had a DocuPad showing the contract & where to sign. I would have preferred a paper contract, where it’s easier for me to look over. I signed, honestly not realizing that it didn’t have an out clause for me. Most used cars are sold with a 30 day return clause. I also left the dealership without a copy of the contract. I left the dealership without the car because it was being serviced & was told I could pick it up the next day. The next day came & I was sent a text letting me know that it would have to be the day after. It was very frustrating for me. All in all, would I take my car to be serviced there? Yes I would. Would I recommend the dealership for family, friends or acquaintances to purchase a vehicle? No I wouldn’t. More
The service center here is great, but I do not understand why my Hyundai vehicle, which is electric and needs very little maintenance, keeps wanting me to schedule it.
