Our salesman Edwin Colon was outstanding, he did everything for us. The 1st salesman that greeted us was a complete xxxxxxx, he refused to give us prices because he said he didn't want us shopping h everything for us. The 1st salesman that greeted us was a complete xxxxxxx, he refused to give us prices because he said he didn't want us shopping his prices at a different dealership. Which made no sense because we were in the market for a used car.anyway. The guys who Edwin had to run our offer by tried to jack the price up by $1,000 after we agreed upon a price because they said they were upside down on this car. If it weren't for Edwin you would have lost us. I would love to come in and speak to a manager before we put our review on Google and yelp. More

Worst service department I have ever encountered. I not only will not do business with this dealer in the future but, thanks to the lousy service, I will not buy another Hyundai again. We have been leasing cars from you for many years. Bob always did the leasing after showing me what he wanted. Until 3years ago we were leasing 2cars. Bob passed in Feb so now it was up to me. I wanted to work with Alain because I knew him and Bob always worked with him. Alain made this process very easy for me. He asked what I wanted and what I needed. He listened to me and never pressured me. He walked me through all aspects of leasing and made me feel comfortable. Alain made sure that the Kona was the right car for me. He really cared. More

I’m still waiting for my horn to work. It’s been this way for at least four months. Parts were supposed to be ordered. Never got waited. Close to three hours to get my oil change.
