This dealers service dept was awesome a year ago, I don’t know what happened , due to Covid or what. Had to call 4 times to schedule service on my genesis. No one would return your call to schedule. Then they brought a loaner car to my house with zero gas in it. Wait gets better, car was scheduled for routine maintenance, they never did the service. My car is lighting up that service is well past due. It’s sad, my lease is up the end of this year, apparently they do not want my new car business. More

Jesse told me it would be an hour and a half to get my oil changed and tires rotated and it took less than an hour. This is almost unheard of at any dealership. Elijah did an amazing job and was extremely friendly. He answered every question we had with great information. Tres in the finance department was super helpful letting us know the purpose of each document answered every question we had with great information.
