Incomplete service Brought my car in for scheduled service for which I prepaid for as part of my lease agreement and was told by the service tech that I would have to pa Brought my car in for scheduled service for which I prepaid for as part of my lease agreement and was told by the service tech that I would have to pay for the air filter and cabin filter which is part of the scheduled maintenance. Replacement of filters is a normal part of scheduled maintenance. I paid $ 1100.00 for service agreement and to be charged for these items is improper. The volume switch on steering wheel failed and needed to be replaced, was told the item would be in a couple of days and they would call when it arrived. 10 days later we called and were told the part had arrived. Came in and after 2 hours waiting we were told the the part ordered was incorrect , they claimed they would overnight the part and have it for Mondayand they would call when it arrived, lo and behold no call at all. Contacted dealer a week later and was told yes the part was in, scheduled an appointment, replaced the switch and now I have something rattling around in the steering wheel. More
