No service managers wore masks. I was told that it now costs $135 just to diagnose problems if you ask them to just take a look while doing an oil change. Agent made me aware of future needs and wasn't overly pushy (which is a huge turn off to me.) Now, I can manage them into my budget and return ASAP to get them done. I like that. Hard sell is outdated IMO & applies way to much pressure as I have a tight budget. He respected me & gave me confidence that this dealership cares about people. Thank you very much! More
