Nice people but totally disorganized I went to the dealership knowing exactly the car I wanted. The online sales person said that I would be greeted by the manager and the car I was inte I went to the dealership knowing exactly the car I wanted. The online sales person said that I would be greeted by the manager and the car I was interested in would be up front and ready for test drive. I walked in and there was no manager ( or if there were, he was not admitting it). They all seemed surprised about what car I wanted to see and could not find it. They brought up a more expensive car and tried to sell it to me. I started to walk -- then they found the car I was interested in -- not the exact car for apparently it had been sold several days before but one exactly like it. I asked them to make me an offer -- I took the offer with me -- two days later we agreed on a price. I got my own financing and came in to do nothing for sign and go. It took them 2.5 hours to get me into the finance office and signed. Such a waste of my time. As my daughter said that day -- is today everyone's first day working here? Interestingly enough, it was the finance guy's first day and he was the most competent. Very nice people but very disorganized. More
