This car has been nothing but trouble. We brought it in for the recall on the seat belt, but the seat belt has failed again. With this last recall regarding the fuel pump, we could not get it in for month for the recall on the seat belt, but the seat belt has failed again. With this last recall regarding the fuel pump, we could not get it in for months after we got the recall notice. The driver's side door lock is broken and Chris has to roll his window down to unlock the door to get out of the car. The braces that hold the hood up have given out and need to be replaced. This isn't everything but you get the point..the car is a piece of trash and we will probably not ever but another one. More

I had a great experience at this dealership. I have done my research ahead of time on the Palisade that I wanted and the price range I felt was fair and they met my expectation on that. Tres was my finance guy and also very very nice and helpful. I met the manager as well who told me to come by anytime with any questions because the car is very techno-savvy and it will be a learning curve. I met the service department as well. All of this is very important because I will be going there if I need anything and it was really nice to have met a lot of the people that I would be seeing in the future.
