After an oil change, the tech advisor, Jesse, told me that I have to pay $3000 for timing belt cover oil leak. Then, while I was questioning the issue and his explanation, the price dropped to $1500. When I started questioning this price drop, he told me that oil will leak in my starter and the repair will be double if I do not fix it right now. I took my car to the dealership that usually services my car and the leak turned out to be an oil pan seal leak, which was covered by warranty and was fixed within an hour and a half. Such cramming techniques used by your tech advisors give your dealership a bad name. I will be driving past your dealership to the old place where my car is services honesty and with care. This was my first and last time visiting your dealership and service shop. More

Even though a service mistake was made on my car, in the end I was pleased with the outcome. I was allowed to purchase a new car. may I say that the worse part of the two week process was waiting to hear end I was pleased with the outcome. Also the 3 hour wait for my car to be towed was not good but I realize that the dealership had nothing to do with that.
