Shortly after filling out an online voucher request ($40 gift card to test drive a new car!), I received an e-mail from Chris Gardner asking a few preliminary questions. We went in the next day, and he helped her pick one out to drive. Chris patiently answered every question we had, and never was there any pressure to buy. He was very upfront about the inevitable taxes and fees, so we knew what the bottom-line would be. Back in the showroom, I pulled out a competitor's ad for a similar model with a slightly better discount, and he had it approved within 5 minutes. Never once saw a sales manager, it was a total hassle-free experience. When signing all the papers, Brian Bolton got us a good loan rate and there was no pressure to buy extended warranty, GAP insurance, etc. Overall, we were very pleased at what was a great first-time buying experience for our daughter. He then took his time explaining the various features to us, making sure we knew where everything was and how everything worked. Fred Scott Makes It Easy Cumming Hyundai had the used Genesis we were looking for. Fred Scott was outstanding with his detailed instruction on the many benefits of the car. Cumming Hyundai had the used Genesis we were looking for. Fred Scott was outstanding with his detailed instruction on the many benefits of the car. By pointing out the features and having me try them out on my own, I was able to compare other cars we had looked at and realize the value of the Genesis. When we bought the car he introduced us to the service managers. We made good use of this when we discovered the wheel lock key was missing. My husband took the car in, they used the master key and replaced all the locks and gave us a new key at no charge along with washing the car. All that service in one hour! More

Honda Civic for our son We went to Hyundai of Cumming to look at used Honda Civic. Once there we met Chris. When we saw the vehicle, it was not what we expected. The more we talked to Chris, the more interested in the 2012. He was very kind and patient with us. He never once was pushy or rushing us to make a decision. I could not have ask for a more caring and patient sales rep.. We would recommend Chris to anyone we wanting to by a car. We left the lot with a car we felt was safe for our son and most of all, a car he wanted!!. And also a special thanks to Brian Bolton who made driving off the lot a very easy feeling. My sales associate Barry T., was as informative and low pressure as a sales person can be. I would rate him salesman of the year! I had done my research and walked into the building with a figure in mind, and within minutes hand shaken hands on a deal which met my expectations. After that moment, the process of completing paperwork, and reviewing the components of the car was a breeze. Barry, Brian, Ron and Marcus all were extremely helpful and involved in explaining to me in detail all of the functions of the vehicle. Thank you for making my new car purchase experience enjoyable.
