This may be a good place to buy a Hyundai, but do not take your car here for repairs. They always try to upsell you. Here's the story: My wife takes our Sante Fe in to get the passenger side mirror fix take your car here for repairs. They always try to upsell you. Here's the story: My wife takes our Sante Fe in to get the passenger side mirror fixed. Really only the mirror is bad, not the electronics behind it. So the mechanic quotes a price of $60 for the part and $100 for labor. Sounds fair, so I give the ok, on the condition that it doesn't need to be painted. They pull the car around, and the actual cost they rang up is $262 for the part and $100 for labor. And they replaced the entire mirror fixture, not just the mirror itself. Which is not painted of course. My wife told them not to do that--it was not in the budget to spend $362 for a mirror on a. 6 year old car. But they did it anyway. This is the way they do business, I assume in an attempt to get you to trade in and buy a new Hyundai. Whatever. I guess this is why my dad told me never take your car to the dealer for repairs. More

But a few years later, it was bought out and the changes were not positive - very typical of large business. Upon hearing that the dealership had once again changed ownership, I tried them again. My last two experiences have been extremely positive - even better than the earliest ones that had won my loyalty. The appointment process is easy. The intake and return time is quick. And the professionalism is clearly evident in all aspects. Yes, you can save a few bucks getting your oil changed at other quick lube spot. But the peace of mind that comes with having a certified Hyundai tech working on your vehicle is more than worth the few extra dollars. Staying with the dealership assures me that I can keep my car performing to Hyundai standards. Additionally, in just two service visits, I already have a sense of relationship with the folks there - which is so important to me. Despite being a big business, there is still a sense of connection, that they know you and your car's history. They have successfully managed to find that sweet spot. I have recently bought a new Hyundai and did something I have never done - bought a service contract. That's how pleased (and confident) I have am! More

I have gotten to know Brad from 2 previous visits. I had major problems with my 2013 Santa Fe's engine stopping just a few miles after starting. He was determine to find the solution. My vehicle had already been in two dealerships and HYUNDAI couldn't Fix the problem. After many days he just turned the lead technician loose to find the problem. Mike the technician found that the EMS was defective. Today, I had the oil changed and Brad assisted me. He really cares about giving his customers the best service. Thanks Brad More

I did have some concerns with the service department not completing service orders in a timely manner and not having vehicle parts in stock to complete the service otder when vehicle is brought in for servi completing service orders in a timely manner and not having vehicle parts in stock to complete the service otder when vehicle is brought in for service. It is very diappointing when you have to bring the vehicle back for them to complete the service the part was order for. More

This dealership is friendly and performs quality workmanship. I was going to the Mazda dealership next door, it closed and Hyundai is honoring the maintenance package I purchased from the Mazda dea workmanship. I was going to the Mazda dealership next door, it closed and Hyundai is honoring the maintenance package I purchased from the Mazda dealership. I have a good relationship with J. J. Parsons (sold me my current Mazda). He now works at the Hyundai dealership and made sure everything was taken care of on the service end when I brought my car in for service. Great job!! Excellent service department. They had my new wheels on in no time. The alignment was off but they fixed it right away without question and even had my key replacement ready. Awesome team.
