When I arrived to get my vehicle serviced, it was pouring and they sales guys were quick to bring me an umbrella and offer to assist me out of my vehicle. The Service tech that checked me in was kind and took the time to listen to my entrire story about what I thought was wrogn with my vehicle. They never once tried to upsale me or pressure me into making any additional purchases. I am excited for me upcoming service vist. I know I will be greeted with smiles and ready to serve attitudes. Service department is great! I took my car for an oil change. They didn't have appointments available but said they would fit me in, and I was still there less than an hour! He told me that I should contact him in case there are any issues henceforth and assured that they will definitely try to work things out. I still would have preferred this treatment before I posted the earlier review. My suggestion is, contact Frank if things do not work out between you and sales team or service team. Old review: I bought hyundai sonata 2014 from hyundai at coolsprings. My sales person was Craig. When you are buying the sales team is very enthusiastic and they will promise you things which they don't remeber later. First of all they got a car for me with 700 miles on it. I was not happy with it and told them I am paying for a brand new car and don't want it with these many miles. They said we had to get it from other dealer and other things. But I was not informed about it. Later they told me they can another car but it will have about 300 miles on it and I was OK with it. Then the sales person said first year maintenance is on the dealer. But they didn't say it just includes oil and filter change. Also, they didn't say that though it is all first year actually there will only be two oil changes. I followed the recommended plan provided by hyundai in their manual. According to which I had to do third oil change within first year. When I went there they said I have to pay for it. When I talked to sales person he kept telling me how often he does his oil change. I showed him the owner's manual and told him that I fall in category where my car is driven in severe condition. According to which third oil change is required. Then he said I am 1 year 3 days over and so I have to pay. I told him I tried to get appointment before the end of my first year but that was not available. Then he said he is sorry and nothing can be done. Additionally, my hood was out of alignment and it used to vibrate while driving. This was way before the end of my first year. I asked them to have a look at it. But nothing was done at the service department. The service is not good at all. I am not happy about the service they give. I told the same to Craig. And I am not recommending this dealer to anyone. More

Service Department was great I took my Hyundai Sonata GLS in for a recall repair. It was heartwarming that the service man was honest with me, instead of saying "sure you need one, since you have surely hit one or more of Nashville's potholes" during the last few weeks. Instead, he indicated that everything was fine--an honest service department and that is a primary reason why I like the Hyundai of Cool Springs Service Department, to service my car. I also like that they bring you out a clean and vacuumed car. More

I was able to get my Hyundai Accent in on short notice and as always everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like having my vehicle serviced at the dealership so that I know that all and as always everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like having my vehicle serviced at the dealership so that I know that all service performed conforms with manufacturer specifications. My hope is by doing this I will ultimately extend the life of my vehicle. I only wish they had a lower cost options for oil changes. I know it's a small thing but when I get coupons from many different companies advertising a $19.99 oil change it makes it a little tough to justify spending more. Other than that -- I have been very happy with the service that is provided and the time the staff takes to explain any issues I have and the best resolution. Courtney is always a smiling face when we pick up our vehicle. I would recommend Hyundai of Cool Springs to anyone that needs their vehicle service. J. Hennessy More
