ANOTHER GOOD SERVICE CALL EXPERIENCE James Falcone was my contact service representative this morning, whenever i brought my car in to have it serviced. Besides changing the oil and filte James Falcone was my contact service representative this morning, whenever i brought my car in to have it serviced. Besides changing the oil and filter, I was experiencing a windshield washer fluid leak. They took us to the nearby mall while our car was being serviced. James called and said that we needed to change a couple of filters and gave the the price, which I said ok. When we got back to the dealership, our car was ready and had also been washed, which is a nice touch. They had found the leakage problem and also gave me some information on my tires, that was requested. James was very good and this was a good experience. More
Great quick service I was taken on time and promised the car would be serviced within 1 and a half hours. They explained what was going to be done. Poor service never was able to speak to my service representative. I called multiple times and never received a return phone call. Friendly Service on Oil Change and Check-up A few days ago, we made a reservation to have our car serviced at my favorite service department. We pulled in on time and they got right to it. I indicated that we were going to be making a couple of trips and that I would appreciate checking everything out. As usual, they not only provided great service, but they washed and vacuumed the car. We were offered a ride to the nearby mall, but we looked and will probably trade in my wife's Hyundai for another one. They take good care of me at this Service Department and I do not feel that they are trying to cheat me on anything. More

Great Car Service It was time to have my car serviced, so I called the great folks at Cool Springs to set up my appointment. This was easily taken care of, as they were able to accommodate my requested day and time frame. I arrived a few minutes early and Eric Warner, my Service Advisor, met me at my car. He double checked with me on what I was needing done and we left to eat at a nearby restaurant. Before long, Eric called and my car was finished. A nice bonus was that they even cleaned it for me. Upon my arrival back, the paperwork was quickly taken care of, and away we went. They provided me great service and were very accommodating -- I would recommend them to anyone. More

After having a long, drawn out bad experience at the Hyundai dealer in downtown Nashville, the Hyundai regional specialist who reviewed our case sent After having a long, drawn out bad experience at the Hyundai dealer in downtown Nashville, the Hyundai regional specialist who reviewed our case sent us to Cool Springs so that they could go over our car and make sure things were okay. The people here were courteous, knowledgeable, HONEST, and extremely helpful. We returned to Cool Springs after getting what looked like a serious gouge in a tire. We also asked them about the condition of the rest of the tires, since we had a long trip coming up. A less than scrupulous dealer could have easily talked us into new tires, but the Cool Springs team not only told us that we had a good several thousand more miles on our existing tires, but he patched the damaged tire when he could have easily told us it was past repair. The charges were fair, and he also gave us a good price on the key to the wheel lock, which we needed. I highly recommend Cool Springs Hyundai. More
Bought 3 cars and still treated without respect Bought 3 cars, 2 Hyundais and 1 Ford from this dealer. The Ford had problems as soon as it was driven off the lot - brought it to the service dept tw Bought 3 cars, 2 Hyundais and 1 Ford from this dealer. The Ford had problems as soon as it was driven off the lot - brought it to the service dept twice and was told it was "bad gas and would work itself out". Finally took it to my Firestone dealer who said it was the transmission. After several attempts to get service, they transferred the car to a Ford dealer - faulty clutch on the transmission - a safety issue. Ford ordered the part and now the car has to be in service for 4 days. After making at least 10 phone calls to both dealers for a loaner vehicle (which we were promised), no one will take responsibility for the problem. I spoke with ERIC in SERVICE at HYUNDAI many, many times, and he absolutely refuses to help. So now my car, which was faulty at purchase, although they refused to acknowledge that fact, has to be in the shop for another 4 days and no one will provide a loaner or rental vehicle so that I can get back and forth to work. DO NOT EXPECT HELP FROM THE HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
