My experience with the Cool Springs dealership was outstanging, i have never had a sales agent actually work with me the way that Karen did, not only did she LISTEN to what i wanted she went well out outstanging, i have never had a sales agent actually work with me the way that Karen did, not only did she LISTEN to what i wanted she went well out her way to make sure i got the correct vehicle for me and in the right price range. I was also involved with Mark the GM, Sam the finance and they too were amazing at aiding Karen in her quest for providing the best car sales experience of my life.. Very professional staff. I requested to put the car on the lift to look for any damage because CarFax reported it had been wrecked but didn't describe damage. Enjoyed the experience! I am coming out of a 2000 Jaguar which I have been VERY hesitant to give up. However your cars were lovely, the sales people very friendly and accommodating.
