Poor customer service Do not buy your care from the Cookeville Hyundai!! Poor quality of customer service. They are nice enough until you drive the car off the lot!!! Onc Do not buy your care from the Cookeville Hyundai!! Poor quality of customer service. They are nice enough until you drive the car off the lot!!! Once the car belongs to you all bets are off and the quality of customer service is the pits!! They schedule a service with you but when you arrive no one knows a thing about it. They never have a courtesy car available. Be prepared to sit and wait even if you have an appointment. The courtesy cars are extremely dirty. I have yet to schedule a appointment that went smoothly. Do not buy your car here! My car is only three weeks old and I have already had issues with this store. More
