Good price with some drama I would like to briefly explain what I struggled with as part of the unprofessional behavior question. While I was in the finance office, I asked to r I would like to briefly explain what I struggled with as part of the unprofessional behavior question. While I was in the finance office, I asked to read over all the paperwork and insure that nothing was left blank on important documents. The finance manager made me feel like he was annoyed that I wanted to read over everything myself. He did not seem to be a "people person" and wanted to get through all the documents quickly. I struggled with if this arose to "unprofessional behavior". Hopefully you can evaluate this and determine for yourself if it does. The salesman I worked with us told me to call prior to the survey to get my first oil change. I called just before starting this survey and he wanted to go through each question and tell me how to answer. When asked if the first oil change depended on how I answered the survey he said "yes". I told him that I had a college degree and didn't need someone to answer the questions for me and if my first oil change depended on how I answered, then I would pay for it myself. Overall I was happy with the car and the price. It was a car for my son who will be going off to college and I wanted something dependable for him. More

Extremely satisfied! We knew we were interested in the 2017 Sante Fe Sport, and talked with India on the phone. She set us up with Eric Christensen, and when we arrived We knew we were interested in the 2017 Sante Fe Sport, and talked with India on the phone. She set us up with Eric Christensen, and when we arrived for our appointment, he had the Sante Fe Sports that were on the lot pulled up right at the door for us to see. He spent a lot of time with us, explaining all the features of the car, and made sure he answered all of our questions. We bought the car on the spot, and Eric then made sure we had all the paperwork done that was necessary before we met with the finance person to sign all the paperwork. Eric also explained that we would have Sirius XM available to us, along with Blue Link, if we so desired. And, he explained all the features of each to us. About a week or so after we bought the car, he followed up with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase and to find out if we had any questions he could answer for us. He was great to work with, and we will remember him and Hyndai Cookeville, the next time we want to buy a car! More
