I bought my new 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. It was supposed to be red, and it wasn't. It was supposed to have 175 miles on it, but it had almost 400 miles on it. I told salesman that it was not It was supposed to be red, and it wasn't. It was supposed to have 175 miles on it, but it had almost 400 miles on it. I told salesman that it was not the correct car but he wouldn't leave me. So I finally drove off the lot very unhappy. If I had to do it all over again I would have said the deal is off and went to a different Hyundai dealership. After driving it for about a week I get a call from him telling me I have the wrong car, but instead of giving me the car I bought, he comes to my house with the new paperwork. So all he did was update the VIN number on everything. I have it on camera coming to my house. I've been driving around for over a week with the wrong insurance on my car because it had a different vid number my tag had to be updated everything it's been a huge huge mess and I'm still have a difficulties. Next step is a lawyer because I'm done. I would never ever recommend Hyundai of Cookeville. There's a lot more that I would like to say, however I'm getting a lawyer so this is all I can say. Just, please beware. More
