Collin is an amazing salesman who is knowledgeable on every car. He was a true delight to work with. Once Collin had a day off and Amber took over, if all went down hill. Terrible experience I contacted the dealership to arrange a vehicle inspection and the sales agent assured me the truck was available. After driving 1-1/2 hours on Saturd I contacted the dealership to arrange a vehicle inspection and the sales agent assured me the truck was available. After driving 1-1/2 hours on Saturday the sales agent seemed surprised the truck was not there but at a shop somewhere being worked on. The salesman then surprised me by saying the price was not as listed but in fact was more! He promised to contact me when the truck was back at the dealership on Monday. But of course he never did. I tried calling, texting and e-mailing him but still no response. I even tried contacting the sales manager but NOBODY bothered to return my calls! The salesman was James Yates and I think the sales manager was Jon Price. I will never waste my time again trying to do business with this shoddy outfit!!!! I would rate this business even lower if I could. More
