Not only is the service department top notch, with straight forward answers and quick and efficient services with transparency, they don't try to bleed you of money and tell you your vehicle needs thi straight forward answers and quick and efficient services with transparency, they don't try to bleed you of money and tell you your vehicle needs this and that they are honest and straight forward. Also the sales dept. and finance dept. are also great they want you to own the vehicle you came in for,they ask what can you afford and don't sell you a $800 payment when you're only comfortable with a $550 payment. Chris the part owner will help you get to the payment you can afford along with their finance dept. I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else they want you to stay in a payment you can afford along with helping you build your credit not selling you a payment you can't afford and you end up in a financial crisis while other dealerships it's about how many cars they can sell regardless if you can afford it. I have taken my car to Hyundai of Columbia 3 times and they are always fast to get my car in for repair and fast to get it back to me. Completely unacceptable experience. We were misled from day 1. Bob gave us their word that even though the vehicle was preowned and sold “as is”, it had been fully inspected, gone throu We were misled from day 1. Bob gave us their word that even though the vehicle was preowned and sold “as is”, it had been fully inspected, gone through the shop and good to go. We paid extra for delivery, an hour and 1/2 away (which is why we made sure the car was good to god and safe!) when it showed up, the tires were completely slick. We let that go. Then the Audio and GPS failed. We let that go too. But when it started to make a terrible noise, we took it to a local trusted shop who said the right rear axel needs replaced, the wheel bearing is bad from sitting too long, the APIM likely needed replaced and it needed tires. Their words: There is NO WAY this car was inspected. We reached out to Brad a Sales Manager and Red the Service Manager. Both who said they would look into this for us and then would never call us back. After multiple follow ups they finally said they would not be doing anything. (A warranty was also mentioned to us which we tried to buy when purchasing the car and could not get but suddenly they could get us one once problems came up) This dealership flat out misrepresented the vehicle and went silent when problems came to light. Avoid Hyundai of Columbia if you expect honesty, accountability or basic customer service. More

Warning about Hyundai of Columbia (TN): We were told by Bob (sales) and Brad (sales manager) that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was “good to go.” We paid extra for delivery — and when it arrived Bob (sales) and Brad (sales manager) that the vehicle had been fully inspected and was “good to go.” We paid extra for delivery — and when it arrived, the tires were slick, the audio/GPS went out, and it started making awful noises. A local shop found the axle and wheel bearing were bad, tires shot, and electronics likely failing. There’s no way this was inspected like they claimed. Brad promised to “look into it,” then ghosted us for days — only to say later they wouldn’t do anything. Totally misled. Wouldn’t recommend. More
