I am rating the service from the day we drove this vehicle off the lot. Service has been horrible! I would not recommend anyone to the Clermont Hyundai location. The finance manager gave us the run ar vehicle off the lot. Service has been horrible! I would not recommend anyone to the Clermont Hyundai location. The finance manager gave us the run around for several months, would not return phone calls, blamed other Dept’s for his mistakes and the list goes on. More
What a breath of fresh air! After dealing unsuccessfully with other central Florida Hyundai dealers over the past month, it was finally great to be associated with a group of professionals. IMHO, most CFL with other central Florida Hyundai dealers over the past month, it was finally great to be associated with a group of professionals. IMHO, most CFL dealership’s business practices consist of lies, half truths and a “take it or leave it attitude.” Not so with the folks at Hyundai of CFL. These folks really have their clients’s best interests in mind. No one epitomizes this more than Jill Burks. She listens intently to her client’s, assesses their needs and crafts a deal in a transparent and fair fashion. Our experience with HCFL was world class because of Jill Burks and I am confident she will be there for us in the future. If you’re tired of the inherent hassles of dealing with the sales staff at other dealers, give Jill Burks a call. Awesome job, Jill. More

Brought the car in for the recall and oil change. Asked about the headlight which contain water and if the extended warranty will cover it. He refuse to check on the warrant and saying it’s expired when I about the headlight which contain water and if the extended warranty will cover it. He refuse to check on the warrant and saying it’s expired when I paid extra for extended warranty couple years ago. The car was bought used. Upon pick up and payment I double check it and warranty still valid. He come back and said I have to call the extended warranty myself to check if it’s covered and all appointment is fully booked for next 2 weeks. Very frustrated with the service. More
