Took longer than expected and refused to give car rental. I had to call every week for updates. After I received my car, realized it still wasn't fixed. Called to inquire and they said it was a way to cut re I had to call every week for updates. After I received my car, realized it still wasn't fixed. Called to inquire and they said it was a way to cut repair costs. Called corporate and representative left a voice message saying he was closing the ticket because I had car back in my possession. Called him several times afterwards but no response. Never buying another Hyundai again and several family members and friends have made the same conclusion. More

I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up accidentally on the wrong day. Nothing was said to me about this and they serviced my car without any issue and only when my car was ready it was men accidentally on the wrong day. Nothing was said to me about this and they serviced my car without any issue and only when my car was ready it was mentioned my actual appointment was a few weeks away. I was apologetic for my error and grateful for their excellent customer service! More
