Took longer than expected and refused to give car rental. I had to call every week for updates. After I received my car, realized it still wasn't fixed. Called him several times afterwards but no response. Never buying another Hyundai again and several family members and friends have made the same conclusion. More

I made an appointment for an oil change and showed up accidentally on the wrong day. Nothing was said to me about this and they serviced my car without any issue and only when my car was ready it was men accidentally on the wrong day.
